How to Hire Your Harp
To make an enquiry about hiring a harp, you need only to visit the appropriate product page in our online shop (follow the harp department navigation link on the left to enter the shop) and follow the hire link (appears only if rental is available for the instrument). You will then be taken to an online hire form where you can enter all the relevant details of your rental enquiry and send it to us.
Once we have confirmed that we can meet your requirements, you'll just need to complete our harp rental agreement and banker's order form before we can deliver your instrument to you.
N.B: Harp rental is only available to customers in England, Scotland and Wales. Please contact us directly for rentals in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
Terms of Hire
- Harps must be insured by the Hirer
- The Rental Price is based on approximately 3% of the Purchase Price
- At end of the rental, instruments must be returned at Hirer's expense by approved transport
- Subject to conditions of agreement. (Strings when broken to be replaced at hirer's expense)
- To make Rental Agreement, please sign both harp rental agreement and banker's order form
Buying Your Hired Harp
If, between 6 and 12 months after the start of your agreement, you're ready to move to the next level and purchase your hired harp, then we'll credit a portion of the rental fees already paid to the cost of the instrument.
Credit amount may vary, so please ask us about your specfic harp.
